Final prototype in the making of a books that acts like a blackberry - one that is only under our control when we directly interact with it. as soon as its put down or left to its own devices chaos ensues SEE MORE HERE
BLACKBERRY I LOVE YOU BUT THERES SOMETHING YOU NEED TO KNOW YOU ARE REALLY REALLY DEMANDING I HAVE A HARD TIME TRYING TO CONTROL YOU This is a book that try to express how the idea of a mobile email / internet device only works if your willing to give attention all the time - the problem with that being the more you interact with it the more it interacts with you. Its all a bit Tamagotchi
We were given two fairly long typographic text at college and asked to come up with and appropriate outcome for the way we felt about the text. i thought they were a too long and a bit dull - so i made a flip book to turn them into fast and exciting ! One text reads front to back ( the first one flipped through ) and the other is printed on the reverse side of the pages so you see it when you flip the flip book.
I Love America And America Loves Me - Photocopy on paper, printed at Staples NYC
